Lauren is an award-winning Creative Director with over 15 years of experience working with start-ups, internationally known brands, and everything in-between. Lauren brings a deep understanding of brand development, a strong design aesthetic, and a love for “big picture” thinking to every project. Recent brand building work includes Chuda Skincare, Olivers Apparel, CalEarth (California Institute for Earth Architecture), and Léman Manhattan Preparatory School. 

While building brands is her passion, digital is her first love. With a background in front-end development, Lauren has an extensive knowledge of the process that turns a flat design into an immersive interactive experience. For 5 years she was a digital consultant for Origins Natural Resources. She has also worked with Clinique, MTV Networks, MTV Italia, Kate Spade, Rodales, and her alma mater Barnard College.  A New Yorker for 16 years, Lauren is a recent transplant to Los Angeles.


Creative Director + Designer + Platform Agnostic

Scott is an action oriented and results driven leader with a solid background in digital, experiential, social, broadcast and traditional channels. Scott is platform agnostic and a versatile and collaborative team player with a somewhat obsessive (Swiss) work ethic.

His approach favors bold ideas, strong branding and a healthy amount of color, humor and stopping power. Scott has led brands in every field, including packaged goods, liquor, DIY, corporate, B2B, financial, travel/resort, fast food/QSR, retail, urban, video games, cable, OTC, DTP, DTC and more.

His early career was spent at Racz Dessimo Associates, leading consumer electronic brands including Panasonic, Kef and Celesion. Scott spent 10 years with ML Rogers as creative lead for the Scotts/Miracle-Gro Company managing over 230 individual SKUs.  He also worked with Acclaim Entertainment to launch some of the most successful video games including Mortal Kombat and NBA Jam.

Scott frequently helps high-profile shops win pitches and rethink brand strategies. He has been a go-to resource for Digitas, Merkley & Partners, 360i, Area 23, TBWA and more. 

He values strong client relationships and has retained several clients for upwards of 10 years.
